What is the normal amount to lose weight while breastfeeding?
I had my baby 6 months ago and I lost all my weight during pregnancy, plus 10 extra pounds. Before she was pregnant,'s Everything I tried losing weight and I could not lose a pound. Now that I lost all that weight and I am the ideal weight. Is this normal during the nursing or is it too much? My family tells me I am fighting but I love and feel good. I eat well and still have an appetite I still lose weight.
Keep it up! Do not worry what others say that when you're a healthy diet, getting enough sleep and exercise. With my first born, I gained 50 pounds and clung to them all, and won over once he was born and ended up nursing (I was a teenage mother with an absent husband).
