The body is addictive to the root of valerian as a Sleep Aid?
Sometimes I take this herb to help reconcile sleep. This dependency problem occurs?
Who should not be a problem sometimes. I read in some bottles that you should not take valerian for more than 2 weeks (every day) because it may begin to cause addiction. I also heard that also can create insomnia. Although, if it works for you, it's good! Even if you do not take daily long term. And just to point out in theaters others, a night terror, is not that extreme insomnia. It's like a nightmare extremes. Looks like you are awake (the person moves, talks, and most often the eyes open), but his dream. Almost like sleepwalking, except they are in extreme fear of something that "see." I have a couple when I was young and under stress. My parents told me I dreamed that there were thousands frogs and mosquitoes swarming, and I was screaming and crushing air. I saw my sister too.
