Is it safe for me to take ZMA (zinc and magnesium aspartate)?
I am 14 and I am raising a little over a year. I'm 6'2 and about 180 pounds. I'm so hardcore lifting and now I am taking Whey Protein and casein of milk before bedtime, after training. I take creatine until high school because they fear that Mess With My health, but I recently heard of ZMA and wondered if it would be nice to take it. fair and FWI: I beat aha supposeuvly puberty and can mess with my hormones? this is true? Please let me help and stop raising tthat because I'm too young or type f things. I have used for years and really puts the lead in my pencil if you know what I mean. I like that, but make sure you do too. I read that if you take too much (and in many supplements and foods) may get prostate problems. Ok man, I think I understand what you are looking for. I been able to pass 135 pounds to 175 pounds in one summer. I ate like a horse, made sure he ate at least 1 gram of protein per kilogram of body weight, and me, Mike Mentzer training routines, high intensity (AKA heavy commercial).
